What this site is
This is the family portal of the catechism programme of St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church. It exists so that parents and guardians can follow their own child's attendance, complete the parish's consent forms, and keep emergency information current.
Who may use it
Accounts are for parents, legal guardians and authorised representatives of enrolled children. An account is created by entering a registration code issued on paper by the parish and verifying a mobile number. Registration codes are single use and are issued to a specific family.
By creating an account you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the children you link to it.
Your account
- Keep your password to yourself. Do not share the account, and do not share a registration code with anyone outside your household.
- Tell the catechism office promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account.
- The parish may suspend an account that is used to attempt access to a child the account holder is not responsible for.
What you may not do
- Attempt to view, request or infer information about any child other than your own.
- Attempt to bypass, probe or interfere with the security of the system.
- Copy, scrape or redistribute information from the site.
- Use the site to send anything unlawful, abusive or harmful.
Attempts to reach other families' children are logged and reported to the parish.
Ownership
The software belongs to J&A Infante Solution Inc
The software that runs this site — its source code, database design, page layouts, visual design system, typography choices, wording and any accompanying documentation — is the work of J&A Infante Solution Inc and remains its property. It is protected by copyright. Nothing on this site transfers ownership of it to anybody.
J&A Infante Solution Inc grants St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church the right to use this software to run its catechism programme, for as long as the arrangement between them is in force.
Except where the law allows it, you may not copy, adapt, decompile, resell or create derivative works from this software.
The information belongs to the parish and to the families
Records about students, attendance, guardians, consents, photographs and biometric templates are not the property of J&A Infante Solution Inc. They belong to St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church and to the families they describe.
J&A Infante Solution Inc holds and processes that information solely to operate the system on the parish's instructions. It does not use it for its own purposes, does not sell or share it, and will return or delete it if it stops serving the parish. How that information is handled is set out in the privacy notice.
Names and marks
The name, crest and marks of St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church belong to the parish and are used here with its permission. The name and marks of J&A Infante Solution Inc belong to that company.
Availability
The parish and J&A Infante Solution Inc aim to keep this site working, but it may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside their control.
Do not rely on this site in an emergency. If something is urgent, telephone the parish. Attendance shown here may be minutes behind the attendance devices.
Accuracy
Attendance is recorded automatically and can be wrong — a device may miss a reading, or a child may forget to sign out. If a record looks wrong, ask the catechism office to review it. Parents cannot edit attendance records directly; corrections are made by staff and the change is kept on the record.
Limits
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law permits, neither St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church nor J&A Infante Solution Inc accepts liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes are notified in the portal, and the version and date at the top of this page always show which text is in force.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
